Fantastic Stay on Singer Island

Hidden Gem -quiet, immaculate close to each

This home is beautifully maintained, updated appliances, cute decorations, beautiful pool, pool table, and is only a short walk across the street to the beach. Our contact you was very friendly. Our only initial concern was not having enough towels, but realizing there is a washer/dryer on site fixed that quickly.Only a Short drive to Palm Beach Gardens-Waterways restaurant was our favorite meal of the trip. We would gladly return and highly recommend.

Great house!!

The house was great and the location was perfect!The host was excellent and very responsive. We were able to get early check in which helped us out tremendously. The pool was awesome and enjoyed by all! We would definitely recommend this house and look forward to coming agan.

Singer Paradise!

This home and location are both PERFECT, Five Star in every respect. Owners have attended to every detail to ensure everything needed for a comfortable stay is present. Heated pool and patio are really nice. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is fantastic in layout and equipment. Spotless clean. Just simply one of the nicest homes we have ever had the privilege to visit. Communication with owners and check in/check out were also excellent. First choice next time to Singer Island for sure!

Riviera Beach House - Outstanding

Phenomenal location in private community across from the beach. Wonderful and super clean residence with all the space and accommodations needed for 3-6 guests. The owners have a beautifully appointed home with aesthetically pleasing furniture and surroundings. Everything is highly maintained and clean throughout. Kayle is extremely responsive and since our tournament trip was delayed for a week due to the hurricane, she was more than understanding and flexible with making the adjustment. 100% super hosts.

Not one bad thing to say about this home! Beautiful inside and out! Open floorplan, beauitfully decorated rooms, not to mention the pool! The entire process including communications with owner were so easy. We will definitely plan another trip!

Great house with pool and access to beach

This was a great house for our multi-generational family - two grandparents, two parents, and two 9-year olds. The house was very well equipped and the nice pool was a huge hit with the kids in particular. The beach is walking distance and the house comes with the towels and beach chairs you'll need. We ate every meal on the outdoor patio. Kayle was extremely responsive when we had questions. We'd definitely return.

Property is a short walk to a nice beach area located between private beaches. Feels like your own beach. Heated pool and lanai area great for family fun. The pool table room provided hours of fun for guests. Kayle is responsive and always a text or email away.

Outstanding!

Great location - just across the street from the beach. There is good snorkeling right off the beach or a very short drive to the park by the bridge. Well apportioned - from a french press and electric kettle for making coffee, to beach chairs and a wagon, this place is wired for those who like to travel light. The pool area is perfect for lounging about and is screened in for protection from bugs and sun. Gas grill is ready to go. Clean, well kept, great value. I would stay here again.

Fun in the sun

Great location for our purposes. Close to the beach but also close to shopping and food. Restaurants we tried were very good and reasonably priced as well. Host Kayle was easy to reach, close by just in case, and super pleasant.

Absolutely great place to stay!!!

I can not say this enough…Absolutely great place to stay!!! Our family of 8 was in town for a baseball tournament and ended up with a great beach vacation too. Kayle thought of everything and was very responsive when communicating. The house looked better than the pictures and was very clean. This house was also stocked more than most we have stayed at! With plenty of towels, linens, appliances, pool toys, cookware, and basic seasoning…the list can go on and on! Bonus if you stay when the mango and coconut trees have ripe fruit. Another nice touch provided was the beach wagon with chairs and cooler! The location couldn’t have been in a better place for our needs with a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store a mile in a half away. If you’re a runner or just wanting to take a nice walk with great views you’re in a good location for that too. Again I just have to say…Absolutely great place to stay!!!

Better than advertised

I stayed at Kayle’s property with 6 friends for a weekend golf trip and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place was super clean, and the convenience of the pool when we were too lazy to go to the beach (which is basically across the street) was fantastic. We hope to stay again next year!

My family had a wonderful time staying at this cute home. The house is just as described , so no surprises. Upon arrival, it was immaculately clean with that fresh clean smell. the home has been tastefully updated. You are very conveniently located in a super quiet neighborhood with beach access across the street - maybe 5 minute walk and your toes are in the sand. We enjoyed the outdoor space with the pool, lounging area, hammock and dining table for Easter Dinner. I would definetley stay here again.Communication with the owner was superb and very quick to reply.

Wonderful place

We were 6 women. The place was great, just like being at home. Very comfy with all the amenities. The only thing I would prefer would be a heated pool (that they may put in for next season) otherwise it was perfect.

Perfect floor plan!

Extremely well appointed home - tastefully decorated. Super comfortable common areas with plenty of space to sit. Pool table room has plenty of room. Relaxing outdoor space. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Some rentals can feel like you’re living in someone else’s house. This feels like it is all yours for the duration of time you’re there!
