The staff in charge for our check in was very impatient. There were stains under the sofa bed and on the rubbish bin. The toilet doesn't have a bidet, which was very inconvenient. The bed also has stains on the bed frame.

Very small room, no place for more one case. More appropriate for single people. Up stairs extra room but difficult for older people climbing the stairs with a case. Area around excellent.

Location, service and amenities were great. The rooms are comfortable, albeit a little work out. Breakfast was good, selection of bread a bit limited and a really slow toaster! Gym was also good, but again the equipment were quite worn out. Another bench would be very good to have. Pool is fantastic, and the poolside hangout, but there really should be a pool bar where to buy drinks and snacks! Also a dressing room would benefit the overall comfort. So you can change after gym session and go straight to the pool. Service and the personnel were super friendly and helpful. Overall we had a great stay, thank you!

Ideal for one or two night stay

A studio room with desk and presumably bed settee upstairs. Very small toilet (!) but fully functional with wash basin in room. Separate shower. All clean. Very nice breakfast and firiendly staff. Well situated for Clarke Quay and tourist attractions. Easy taxi ride to airport.

After a wait for close to an hour in the Check-in queue, we were told to wait for one more hour for the room keys. The service standards are generally poor, esp at the cafe. The TV in the room malfunctioned. The technician said he cant handle it but will inform the IT Department. Location is excellent. A couple of service staff were helpful. The room outlay/design is not too friendly, especially the washrooms. Will definitely not stay here again.
