All round not a great experience at this hotel and service was terrible. They have no idea how to make guests feel welcome. Although the location is fantastic, that's about all that makes it worth staying. Not worth the price whatsoever

Lovely, lovely hotel with beautifully helpful staff. We had to potentially extend our stay due to a flight change and this was made easier by thorough staff. The hotel is in a great position right near the Arab Quarter with lots of great dining. Bus stop right out the front. Great place to stay - just like to see more comfortable beds and pillows - bed too hard, pillow kinda weird to sleep on. Everything else perfect.

We absolutely loved our stay at ParkRoyal. My first vacation in years and was upgraded to a club room. It was divine! Well located, spacious, clean, modern, comfy beds and lovely small touches such as lavender spray for pillows. Wonderful! Thank you for a lovely stay and we will definitely return.
