If I could give this hotel -1 star, I would do it. Horrible experience. Tiny rooms, dirty, my wife woke up with her body covered by bites (insects), young men having parties in the room next to us made it impossible to sleep. just don’t go.

Facilities are what you would expect of a 3 star hotel. Service was lukewarm at best, staff was busy chatting away at the reception during check in and didnt even realise a customer’s credit card was left on the counter. Queried about the parking during check in, and had to remind said staff of it when she conveniently forgot. Was also told that they’d issue 2 parking tickets per request and could request for more when required but was later denied additional parking tickets. With so many hotels in and around the area, i struggle to figure why’d ill return to this property.

Great stay!

As per my aunt, lovely stay with her friends from UK. The location super convenient although the hawker center are closed for revamp nevertheless still a lot of nice foods at the surrounding.
