Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. However, the location is the issue. Before walking to the closest main road, I was asked at least 10 times if I would like a massage. It was clear I had selected the wrong area. When we went out to find dinner that night, that area had become even more lively. The following morning, trying to find a local bakery, I was once again offered a massage on at least another 10 occasions and this was around breakfast time. Do your research, we did not feel safe or comfortable in this area. Had pre-booked this hotel again in April, unfortunately with no cancellation this time. Requested a refund, outlining my concerns with the area. However, request denied. Definitely would not stay in this area again.

The hotel is in easy walking distance of buses but is quite away from the centre of Singapore. We used bus 100 a lot, it's a tap on tap off system. The hotel itself was clean with the stuff to make tea and coffee, the clean were polite and helpful

We requested a same floor room upon booking but they didn’t have anything available, waited the 3rd day of our stay before we got to get another room for our kids on the same level as ours. Place got a funny smell. Ok if you are trying to save money and want to be close to bus stop and hawkers centre.
