The hotel is nice and generally quite clean. Staff were very helpful and polite. There was an unfortunate damp smell in the room and they switched us over to a new room right away. Location is not very central, but the public transport is very close and easy to use.

Lovely refurbished room with excellent aircon. Great location if you want to walk the river or quick train to Chinatown or Orchard rd. Good breakfast, great gym, nice pool. Will happily go back.

The breakfast was amazing so much variety so fresh and yes you had so many choices Very healthy Shopping was close by walking along the riverfront so many cafes and restaurants Mall not far So was the best area to stay.

Good location to go shopping. However due to opposite under construction so the room abit noise. Reception staff need to improve in updating guest on breakfast at where and timing or where the gyms or swimming pool can be use etc.which mean information skill need to improve. As for the room there is 2 usb port unserviceable.

Basic room for a 5 star hotel, an eye sore just outside the window, looked like a pooled area that a bit run down, a bit of paint or landscape & it would be nice. Staff were very pleasant and hospitality. Restaurant was awesome, amazing breakfast variety.
