The hotel is not suited for tourists, only those on a conference in the business area. The amenities were minimal. Couldn’t connect any music because the stereo was for the original apple 2000s devices, a bit of mould round the bath and there were building works going on. The hotel is fine just not suited for those seeing Singapore

Convenient location for short stay

Stayed at this hotel many times as it's convenient for my business visits. It's right next to a mall and convenient from the airport via MTR. Clean and nice rooms.

Do not bother, if you’re unlucky enough to be given a room anywhere near the elevators expect to hear nothing but a constant knocking banging noise all the time! Ring and get told that because you’re near the elevators you get to hear the mechanics of the elevators. A continuous banging noise like a lunatic with a hammer. Absolute garbage if you want a good night’s sleep, especially if you have an early flight the next day!!!

Ideal stay close to the expo center

The room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The hotel is right next to a shopping mall with a gym, restaurants, and several supermarkets nearby. It has a nice pool and a very basic gym. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. While it's a bit far from the city center, it’s close to the metro and perfect for nearby meetings or exhibitions at the convention center. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Love staying here. My only choice in Singapore staff so friendly, thankyou Matay for your wonderful service when checking in. Also thankyou Leslie and Mitvindra for great service as well. The location was great. It was only 10 -12 minutes drive to the airport and the shopping centre was opposite. My king size bed and room was bigger than I thought it would be and the clothes storage was great! The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
