The hotel has five floors but the elevator only goes up to the forth floor. Accessing the fifth floor where our rooms were requires navigating a winding, metal stair case. Totally unacceptable. Lightning in the rooms was insufficient particularly given the the rooms has no windows. hot water was lillmite due to fact there were was no central hot water supply to the entire faciity. Rahter each room has a water hearing system with very limited capablity.

Great Location & Great Pricing

Always stay here, we spend little time in our hotel and only go to sleep and freshen up. Staff are always friendly and room clean. Only issue would be that we often cannot book in straight away (we are aware they are often fully booked) and often have to sit in the lobby after a 24 hour day not being able to sleep. Check-out should be earlier so tired incoming visitors can get somewhere to rest earlier than 3pm.

Great location. Comfortable Room.

This hotel was great. It's centrally located near the Chinatown MRT station so it's easy to get around the city, with lots of restaurants, bars, and Hawker centers all within walking distance as well. The staff was friendly and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again if in Singapore.

The only downside is the shower. The shower floor has a leak that flows to the toilet area. The toilet floor is always wet and slippery... it's not safe at all.

I had a room with no window but I chose that room as I knew I was just using it for the bathroom and bed. It was a little tight though. The staff allowed me to leave my bag on the last day as I had a midnight flight The air con was great.

The higher floor the better! If you are sensitive to noise, reserve a room on an upper level/floor. We stayed for 3 nights, 3 rooms. My room was on the base (first/lowest floor), got the noise all the time from water running to people talking.

Ideal place to stay for a short tourist visit, albeit space is at a premium in this part of the world, so the family room was cosy with some privacy. Staff were super helpful, especially with the courtesy room for a shower before taking a late flight home. Shopping centre across the road with lots of restaurants, short 7-8 minute walk to the local food court, which is busy every night, and 20-25 minute walk to Marina Bay. Equally, you can jump the tube and be in any of the main tourist spots within 2 or 3 stops.

Close to 3 different train stations, close to Maxwell hawker & Lau Pa Sat hawker, 15mins train ride to downtown, a lot of dining and shopping options in Chinatown.
