The Ambassador Transit Hotel is such a great facility. Accessible, clean, and super convenient. It takes away all of the stress for international travel through Singapore. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but IMHO worth every penny!

I saw that there were rooms available to rent and was near buy the hotel walking around the airport. Waited in line to get a room and they told me there were none available and that online was wrong. They wouldn't give me a room so I booked the room online to show them the system was still showing available rooms. They then gave me a room. What a joke saying that "they don't control the system".......

We were unable to get into the property as you had to check in first. ANA didn't offer early check in so we couldn't get in. We contacted the hotel and they told us we had to get expedia to contact them as we booked through them. Expedia called within 3 minutes of our calling them and the hotel wouldn't answer. They would not take any of their calls and did not give us a refund even though I explained that we couldn't get to the hotel during our 1st call.

The room was excellent. However the breakfast provided was very poor. The eggs and sausages were brought out cold. Really. I told the girl and she was very non reactive. You pay a lot to stay over night only to be let down by breakfast

Convenient for overnight transit. Didn’t have to bother with immigration/customs to stay at a hotel outside the airport. Place was a little quirky, however. Step up into the bathroom reminded me of much older buildings retrofitted for modern plumbing. Mattress was other worldly firm!! No way to exaggerate just how firm it was.
