It is pricey for a six hour stay but worth the money. Location is convenient. Bathroom facility is new and clean. The room is well set up and super clean as well.

I never even got breakfast! The hotel scammed me! I was denied access and was homeless! I called them and the answering machine said they were closed at 7pm!!! My flight arrived at 6:22pm!!! I only had 38 Mins. to check in?!!! Come on! I was scammed! Never again!

Beware of the location

Be careful when booking - this hotel is located air side of Terminal 2 not on the other side of immigration as the marketing suggests when it talks about driving or walking to nearby sites. I visited the property to explain the mix up but they have not refunded me or given me the opportunity to change the booking to another date so that I could use it on my return trip, even though they agreed that the info in the hotel details could be misleading. And although I messaged Hotels.com to try to sort out the issue, there has been no communication from them. Very disappointing.

Perfect location. Rooms seemed newly renovated so very good. Basic but everything you need. My deal included a dinner and breakfast voucher at their airport lounge across the breezeway - this was all very basic however as I was not expecting the inclusions- it was a bonus!

Hotel was fine, as described on website. Convenient location. You do not need to clear immigration. Front desk staff was very helpful. I don't like having to leave the room to go to shared bathroom in the middle of the night. Shower was also shared and fine. Room was dark and quiet. Only complaint, mattress was too hard. I would stay again.
