I booked four rooms for family travel for the holidays. The rooms were fair. Our bathroom had a cut out for it to move past the toilet. One room didn’t even have a door on the bathroom. Thankfully, that person was traveling alone so he didn’t care so much. I just expected more from a Wyndham property. On the upside, staff was pleasant and there were no other significant concerns.

I paid for a king bed and got a queen. No continental breakfast. No in room coffee maker. Paid for 2 nights and a $50 deposit. Was informed i forfieted my deposit due to my 7lb yorkie Chihuahua mix. If i would have been informed of extra charge i would have stayed somewhere else.

The blanket had cigarette burn holes all over it. No blow dryer, no hangers, hot water for shower not hot, no ice bucket, when got one it was really dirty, no coffee pot. The window shade didn't go all the way down.

The property manager hung the phone up on me when i called to dispute a pet charge for my 2 service dogs. I sprcifically chose this property because it accepted service pets. Additionally, I emailed the property directly to let them know I needed a 1st floor for a recent knee proceedure AND i had sevice dogs. I was told that at check in i did not inform the hotel i had pets, when indeed I did notify the night attendant that i had my two servive pets and needed a first floor. The manager at this location continued to state that i did not inform the attendant , proceeded to ask me what kind of medical service dogs they were and what was my medical condition, i emailed the hotel their servce licenses, to which he still continued to badger me regarding disputing his hotels pet policy with service dogs. Eventually he hung the telephone up on me, a civil rights attorney based out of Washington, DC.

Room was cleaned up but really damaged, and of low quality. I didn’t get sleep the night I arrived due to loud music and yelling all night, people are very disrespectful in the area, my door had a hole in the bottom exposed to outside, I had cockroaches crawling from under my bed, and in my windowsill.

I was a bit skeptical from some of the reviews but it was a lovely stop for us. I felt safe, and the room was clean and good for an overnight trip. We have traveled quite a bit and this was one of the nicer, yet more affordable places we’ve stayed.

Below average stay

The customer service was great but I had a few issues. I heard the hotel room doors slamming all night long which kept me awake, every noise made outside you can basically hear inside. There were green stink bugs all in my room I removed 7 in total. Definitely wasn’t worth the $120 I paid a night.
