No reception

No receptionist available at the time of check in/ check out. I thought I paid through booking.com when I was making reservation. Apparently it didn't happen, place doesn't take cards over the phone and now I have to wire $ which will cost unnecessary fees for international wire. Very inconvenient.

A lovely area, and comfortable room with a beautiful view. Good facilities in the room, lovely bathroom. Comfortable beds. Generally an all round positive experience. A little remote but that was a plus for us.

Outstanding service

The room was clean and well furnished, like many other places I've stayed. However, the service was OUTSTANDING! The staff went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable. Even staying in some of the 5 star executive resorts I never had finer service. Whether you play golf or not, I highly recommend.

Tollundgard Golf Park stay

I am very happy with my choice. I had difficulty finding the place the first time, but had chosen a poor way of access. The place was very comfortable, the food excellent, and the staff very congenial. The place is lovely, quiet, and very reasonably priced.

Det var et godt ophold, der var dog ikke nogen til at tage i mod os ved indtjekning selv om det var indenfor den tid hvor der på mailen stod at der ville være nogen i receptionen, men det gik nu meget fint alligevel. Vi havde fået at vide hvor vi skulle være via mail og lejligheden var bedre end regnet med. Alt i alt et godt ophold.

Godt personale, slidte og beskidte værelser

Værelset var meget fugtigt, og der var brunlige plamager på gulvet omkring afløbet i badet. Der var ikke støvsuget under sengen. Der var mange myg på værelset, tror vi slog 25 ihjel på en time inden vi lagde os til at sove. Det var ikke muligt at åbne vinduet på badeværelset, eller tænde for udsugningen. Personalet var dog venlig og hjælpsomme.
