This home is part of a duplex unit and may share a dividing wall, floor, ceiling, outdoor space, or amenities with the adjoining unit. Your rental includes access to the left side of the first-floor garage, the left private backyard and pool area, and the entire left side of the building. The pool is heated from November 15th to April 15th. While the heater works to maintain comfortable temperatures, performance can vary during colder weather. We happily welcome up to 2 small dogs (up to 25 lbs) with a $250 fee per pet — breed guidelines apply to ensure a safe and comfortable stay for everyone.
