happy place by the gulf

From check in to check out everything went smoothly! the beach staff was also great! The property was clean and conveniently located next to restaurants and shopping. There also is plenty of transportation available for small fees and just tips!!! I would definitely revisit this property again!!!

Location location!

Our first time there. Loved the beaches, the sand, the chairs/umbrellas availability. Would have been disappointed if on a lower floor where buildings might block the sunset, which on cooler days we viewed from the deck. Loved walking to dinner at the nearby venues, rather than dealing with the annoying traffic. Great fresh fish!

Midnight Cove 452

Very nice porch with great ocean view. Very nice, large master bedroom. Living room was very comfortable and and well done. Bedroom 2 with two beds was roomy and nice. Third bedroom could only be entered through kitchen and was very small with no dresser or nightstand. Unit could use some updating and maintenance.

Great area to stay! Close to everything you need.

Condo was a little dated, could use upgrades. But the property was great! On the beach with a pool close walking to restaurants and bars and boat rental. We had a blast!

Nice property, perfect location

Nice place, we definitely had a nice stay but i thought the beach rules are a little over the top, like no umbrellas if the wind reaches 13 mph even though nobody else is on the beach, or no music even if theres nobody else on the beach... Maybe a little stingy with the key fobs too
