Gaining entry was a nightmare. It was impossible to enter without filling in an online form for both of us and the form wouldn’t accept our passport and other details. When we spoke to the owner he was helpful but it was a terrible and stressful start to our stay. The lift didn’t work so we had to carry our bags upstairs. The room itself was pleasant but the shared bathroom was dirty, had broken shower doors and a disgusting toilet brush. In my opinion you shouldn’t have this property on your site - it makes me lose faith in Hotels.com

The location was perfect, easy walk from parking and easy walk to all the sites. The check in is completely online and there are no onsite staff. If you message the staff are responsive. The bedroom was great and cool, although no air on. The shared bathroom was large, but shower could have been better cleaned and maintained. Although the name suggests it is a bed & breakfast, there is no breakfast included, however, there are plenty of cafes just downstairs.

Disliked: Amenities
Locations great I booked through Expedia thinking it was an hotel it’s not. Bathroom micro cannot even fit for a shower which is ultra small next to the toilet and I am normal person bigger people will not fit. Photos look good as it could give you a different prospect. No parking spots etc. It was an experience to assure not to do Bnb as this is the second time photos taken show superior aspects.
