Wonderful City Hotel

A wonderful city hotel. Service is impeccable rooms are very spacious. Our twin room overlooked the street. If I had been staying here longer it would have been nicer to have a balcony over the pool courtyard area. Breakfast was excellent. Overall a great hotel highly recommended 👌

Absolutely beautiful and luxurious!

Oh my gosh. Where do I begin. This place is otherworldly amazing!!! I need say nothing else, but if I must…absolute top quality experience. We were treated like royalty in a very Royal hotel by a staff that truly cared about your experience. Seriously beautiful place with gorgeous inner gardens to wander. Such a memorable experience. Hated to leave.

If i could could rate this 11/10 I would do. The hotel is perfect, and have left a ladting impression on us. From arrival, we were given a welcome drink, and then shown to our room The room was beautiful, the breakfast gad lots of options and was delicious, and the pool was a great way to relax after hot days sightseeing. The location is quiet, but only a short walk Pub Street (10 minutes), and other local amenities such as Currency Exchange, Launderettes, and Restaurants

The staff were all lovely at the hotel especially the two ladies on day time reception. Although breakfast was of limited choice compared to some 5 star hotels , it was more than adequate . Hotel is very convenient . Would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel in ideal location.

Check in was a little weird. There was some confusion which they didn't explain but required 5 staff members to figure out. We were tired after our airplane trip earlier that day so it was annoying that it took as long as it did. The room was wonderful and large with two bedrooms. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast buffet good have been a bit better in my opinion. The location is unbeatable. Right across from a mall and easy to get to Angkor Wat

It’s a self proclaimed 5 star hotel. If you reset your expectations you’ll be fine. Raffles across the way is a 5 star hotel and the J7 is a 2 on that scale. But it’s cheap which is the first tell tale sign. Appears to be tailored towards Chinese tourists therefore ratings may vary between cultures. While the staff is quite nice, don’t expect any grand service. Asked for an extra key and was told it would be $10 if I didn’t return it. Breakfast is included but it you wanted a cappacino for example, there was charge. AC stopped working on our last night.
