This is my favorite Hotel in Siem Reap. It is my second time staying there, and I'm sure I will come back. I'm an architect, highly interested in Khmer architecture, and there is no better place than Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples to experience it. Only highlighted by this hotel, its amazing architecture and the amazing staff! Always helpful, always smiling!

Quite possibly the best customer service I have ever experienced from any hotel, anywhere. From the moment we arrived the entire team didn’t just make us feel welcome, they made us feel special; they went to extraordinary lengths (room upgrade, massage vouchers, free lunches, they even Socrates our room to celebrate our wedding anniversary). The hotel itself is a lovely sanctuary in the heart of Siem Reap, but it was the service and friendliness of the entire team that truly made this a stay we will never forget!

From the moment we arrived at Golden Temple Boutique, we were treated with warmth and care by every member of the team. Victoria reached out shortly after we booked to offer help and local recommendations — from restaurants to cultural shows — and made us feel right at home even before we got there. She also helped us arrange a private van from Sihanoukville Pier to the hotel. The driver was professional, spoke both English and Khmer, and the van was spacious, clean, and air-conditioned — perfect for our group of six and all our luggage. The hospitality didn’t stop there. The front desk staff helped us make reservations at some of the best restaurants we’ve ever experienced. The rooms were spotless, cool, and incredibly comfortable. They even packed us to-go breakfast boxes for our 5am Angkor Wat tour, which was such a thoughtful touch. One of our favorite experiences was the traditional Apsara dinner performance right at the hotel — delicious food and a beautiful show, all for an extremely reasonable price. Golden Temple Boutique made our family vacation to Siem Reap truly unforgettable. We can’t thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone looking for a stay that goes above and beyond.

Everything about this hotel was beautiful and well designed. The staff went above and beyond to help make us feel comfortable and welcome. The location was centrally located, it is a block from pub street and so close to the night market and other shopping. Great restaurants nearby The staff were all very kind, the food was great, the pool is beautiful and the room and grounds were impeccable. I hope I get to go back.
