Nice quiet place to stay

We had a one-night stay after a camping trip so we appreciated the nice shower and room to spread out our gear to dry. The property is a bit dated but well maintained. The "ocean view" begins with 100m of parking lot view. It was very quiet. Keep in mind there is no elevator here.
