Had to go to the desk 3 times because the room key cards didn’t work. Two off the three times the receptionist was on her phone in speaker mode, possibly her mother who was using the F-word multiple times which was very unprofessional as it echoed throughout the lobby. Also one of the beds had dead bugs inside the sheets.

The rooms need some attnetion. Not very clean. Dead bugs in the window seal and floor. Bathroom was gross. Water wasn't very hot to take a long enough shower. No TV access either. Won't stay here again. Not worth the $90 I paid.

Annual October Trip

Overall ok stay. Increased cost for pet surprised me. Television had changed to nicer model than last year but lacked ability to get actual live tv-wanted to get local weather and I couldn't access it nor did desk know if or how to get it. Hotel added $15 "hotel fee" which inflated price advertised on Hotels website to point where price was only slightly below other motels in town that have nicer amenities.
