I booked this place solely for the outdoor amenities but unfortunately didn't get a chance to use because of the weather. Location is great, close to my friend's house. The owner provided some shampoo and conditioning and a teapot tray as a welcoming touch. Very thoughtful and appreciated.
However, a few things prevent me from giving this place a great review.
1. The mattress and the pillow are very soft. Had to use the decorative pillow to sleep and the mattress gave my husband and I a backpain each morning
2. The hallway light was broken
3. The coffeemaker was not working
4. I paid a lot for the cleaning fee and I still had to do the laundry and washed the dishes by hands. I do not believe there is a dishwasher there unless it's in the corner cabinet.
5. I received an email telling me to leave at 10am because the cleaners are coming at 10. Unnecessary and I left at 8:30.
I will stay somewhere else the next time I visit Victoria.
