Set in 15 acres of Outstanding Natural Beauty within the Sid Valley. 3 miles Sidmouth seafront. Outdoor Pool, Tennis & Gardens. It is a peaceful holiday retreat to relax and unwind. With a heated outdoor pool and 15 acres of gardens and grounds to explore with land leading down to the banks of the river Sid or try tennis.

Ideal Break
Don’t usually write reviews, but this really was was a lovely place to stay. We took our dog and the grounds were ideal. Owners very friendly and helpful. Fantastic base to strike out and visit places such as Exeter, Beer, Lyme Regis, Sidmouth and so on. The only downside particularly when travelling with a teenager was the slow and sometime non-existent wifi. Though in all honesty the time away from screens was more of a blessing! Highly recommend.

Great country break
The location and Sarah and Stephen’s warm Devon hospitality made for a great way to spend our covid self-isolation time while travelling for work. Fresh air and beautiful surrounding beat the usual airport hotel stay any day.
