Fabulous two-bedroom unit has floor to ceiling slide back doors in the living area that open out onto the sunny covered balcony with outdoor dining and tremendous views along the foreshore, the living area also has air conditioning, a TV, unlimited wifi and ceiling fan available.
A fully equipped kitchen with granite bench tops, full cooking facilities, a Nespresso Pod Machine (BYO Pods) dishwasher and the bonus of having an internal laundry with a top loading washing machine, there is also a communal clothes lines at the rear of the building.

A quaint little unit that was comfortable, clean and in a great location with amazing views! Away from the traffic of the main street yet walking distance to everything we needed. We loved our stay here, it was enough for the 4 of us.

Stay at Shoal Bay
The apartment was well equipped and although on the old side, was well maintained. Bathroom nicely done but small and well lit. Main bedroom large with comfortable bed, second bedroom small with two single beds and little room to move around. The location was fantastic with easy walking distance to restaurants and views from the balcony were stunning. Although a two bedroom apartment, definitely not big enough for four adults. Second floor location was not too inconvenient and use of a lockable garage was a definite bonus. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing balcony makes you feel like you’re in the beach
We were lucky to get amazing weather and fortunately we made the most of the balcony having all meals outside. You can walk to the shops and in a few steps take a swim.
The apartment is a bit outdated. Bathroom has been renovated. Kitchen has everything you need. It was useful to have a washing machine and dishwasher, though you need to bring your dishwasher tabs and everything else you might need (like a kitchen cloth).

Lovely view but communication and cleanliness was not
Agency communications were bad. They sent emails saying that I would be told about key collection 2 days before our arrival. That never happened. We went on spec to the agency and got them. Same with asking for 12 noon checkout. It was never confirmed as they told me it would. I asked when I collected the keys and was told it was on their computer, yet I got phone calls and messages about being out by 10am. The pack of coffee, tea, dish soap and sponge was paltry at best. I wish they just didn’t bother. The carpet in the apartment was filthy and needed a good vacuuming. Unacceptable! Is the cleaning ever checked? The poor service means we will not rent through that agency ever again.

Beautiful view of shoal Bay
The location is superb, The property was well equipped. Take note that the property manager charge a credit card booking fee which is not mentioned at any stage of booking. When raised as an issue I got palmed between stays and the property agent neither really aware of what the other is doing.
