"One of the most beautiful hotels that we stayed at right over the train station. The Onsen was one of the most amazing things. It’s on the roof of the hotel on the 14th floor and you overlook the city and on a clear day. You can see mount Fuji while you’re sitting in the water."

Sadly let down by a poorly sign posted entrance (had to walk a complete circuit in the dark to find it) and then unmanned reception which seemed to take forever and couldn't connect to the verification process so ended up giving up."
