The space has a pitched wood ceiling that follows the roofline, a triangular window that frames the mountains, a private balcony directly above the Annadale golf course, a full kitchen, dining area, and one bedroom. It's self-contained, warm, and nothing like the properties near Mall Road.

The entire attic is yours. Caretaker is in the building. Check-in is coordinated remotely before arrival.

The attic is on the top floor — there is no lift, and there are 5 flights of stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.
