Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
The hotel staff is pathetic. After reaching to hotel, they informed us that hotel is completely full and there is no room. Even after having confirmation they didn’t keep our room. Moreover they denied any help and asked us to talk to Expedia.
The worst property. It is very far and off route of main Shimla. Route is not safe and stay is difficult as it takes lot of time to reach hotel
