Breakfast is very good, especially the omelettes that are made fresh by the chef right in front of you. The thermal experience in the spa is extremely relaxing. The only issue is with the water control valve in the cold shower. Despite warnings outside the shower door and on the control valve in the shower other patrons played with it and turned it off. On both occasions we used the spa during our stay we had to get a staff member to come and reset the water control valve in the shower. There must be a better way to secure that valve so it can't be played with.

Very comfortable beds, great shower, excellent staff fluent in English, beautiful facility. Breakfast with made to order omelets was superb. Surrounding area not particularly pleasant. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful spa.

This hotel offers excellent bilingual services. It is our go to hotel when staying over in Sherbrooke. Close to many restaurants walking distance to start but many more if driving. Hotel cleanliness is top notch with attention to details. Would recommend to anyone. It is a bit pricey but with the breakfast included in the package it is worth it for convenience sake.

The bed was the most superlatively comfortable bed we slept on in our Quèbec holiday! Great mattress, divine pillows, sheets and duvet. Breakfast was excellent - felt like a European breakfast.
