We really appreciated the potential of this house - it is beautiful, well-decorated, and in a perfect location just south of the runway, near the brewery, lighthouse, beach, and a market/deli. We would be happy to stay again, assuming the owners can fix some of the issues with it. Since we were one of the first people staying in it, there were a number of issues we discussed: the upstairs bedroom had no curtains/shades so you had to wake with the sun, the upstairs shower was broken (shower head, water), at least one of the lights didn’t work, the WiFi only worked about half the time (this ended up being an issue because there is not good data options), some of the windows broke during our stay, and there were some challenges with the neighbor and the shared yard. We really hope the owners will be able to fix the issues and then we would be happy to stay again! A few other things that travelers may want to know - the house is not at all proofed for kids (lots of glassware on low shelves) so be ready to proof it yourself if you have young kids, and they provide basic cooking staples (oil, salt/pepper, condiments) but nothing heavier for food options (no oatmeal, peanut butter, etc) - so be ready to bring/buy all the food you need!
