A great floor plan with open living, dining and kitchen. Recent updates include a newer kitchen and bathroom with granite counter tops, flooring, natural gas fireplace, fixtures and paint. Queen Size bed plus bunk bed and queen size pull out couch. Gorgeous water views from the private covered patio which is perfect for entertaining, family BBQ's or quiet enjoyment in the sun. This recreation property offers plenty of sun drenched waterfront with a private swim area, boat launch & moorage, indoor pool, pickle ball and tennis court, volleyball and frisbee/ golf course. Bring your racquets, running shoes and swim gear. For indoor entertainment there is DVD player, Internet, Board Games and books. No TV. No pets allowed and No Smoking. Only 45 minutes to Victoria.
