Staff are professional and friendly. Food is delicious and price is amazing. One thing was unhappy: the hotels.com and this hotel were not flexible for the refund due to flight delay. I had to checkin one night later due to a 24-hour delay of AA127 02/12. If you could help to credit this night to my account, it would great. Expect you to work this out for your loyal customer.
