Nice room overall, but there was an extremely strong sewer odor coming from the toilet. It was unbearable, and I couldn't stay another night in the room—it made me feel almost sick. Additionally, there were no windows for ventilation, which made the situation even worse.

It would be nice to have something at the entrance to help with bags especially since drop off is practically in the road at the hotel entrance. Location is excellent though. Staff ok. Wifi wasn't working...even staff was frustrated

豫園の横で立地は最高！ 朝食もかなり充実しています。ホテルの隣で小吃が色々買えるので一緒に食べました。 内装は新しく綺麗ですが、内側の部屋で窓なし部屋でした。窓なしと記載して欲しかった。 客室エリアの換気もうまくいってない感じでドアを開けても部屋が蒸し暑かったです。 歯ブラシ、クシあり。 新しいホテルのため地図に出なかったり、他のホリデーインが出てきたりと土地勘のない方にはちょっと不安だろうなーと思いました。 あと上海のホテルも以前より高くなったなーという印象です。
