The property is located in the emblematic neighbourhood of Triana. Triana is a classic Sevillian neighbourhood situated on the other side of the Guadalquivir river. It stretches from the Cartuja in the north to the Remedios neighbourhood in the south.
With a seafaring character and a great Sevillian tradition, it is the birthplace of bullfighters and artists and attracts many visitors seduced by its tapas, its views of the river, its typical market and its small Sevillian tile shops. -: All fees shown are inclusive of taxes and other costs. Payment of a 30% of the total rental fees must be made for your rental to be confirmed. When a booking is made with less than 14 days in advance to your arrival, the total booking fee will be due.
