The house was lovely, equipped with what you need. Was also very clean.The host was very nice and helpful.Nice back deck with the hot tub!Would rent it again if I stayed in Sevierville Had a great time with the great grandson, he is 17 months old and so enjoyed watching him ride the rides!

Very nice home, location, and property, however after the 1st night, contacted the owner about upstairs AC not working and sewer smell from master bath. He responded 4 hrs later that HVAC would be looked at that day & to put water in shower to try to stop gas smell. AC was fixed, smell got worse and made bathroom unusable. I recontacted the next morning to update. Response was 5 hours later, "Darn it." The next day was check out. I messaged that we were checking out & that we would appreciate a discount for not being able to use the space. As a family of 5 this made our plans a bit trickier. That we had added the water, kept vent fan running, and even had to put a towel along the bathroom door to keep the smell from the bedroom. He responded that he was very sorry for the inconvenience and a plumber was coming the next day. This was really disappointing. As a homeowner myself, I know issues like this come up, however as a business, this needed handled a lot better as this really disrupted a vacation that we paid for.
