By confirming your booking you agree to adhere to the rental terms set forth in this listing. Cabin rental agreement. DURING YOUR STAY:

Pet fee is $150 non refundable deposit. Please pack your dog bedding and a crate. We would ask you to keep it of the couches, blankets and beds and crate it when you not there. If there’s any damage or scratches there’s going to be extra charge!
We take care pet fee payment after booking is confirmed with separate payment. 2 dog max. We do require them to be crated when you’re not in the cabin with them.

Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am. We need the 10am-4pm window to allow time to clean/sanitize the cabin and address anything maintenance related.

1. This cabin is privately owned/managed. Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injury or illness that occurs while on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from the use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premise.

2. HOT TUB (No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tub at anytime without adult supervision) Remember when using a hot tub certain health-risks are associated. Use at your own risk! Our housekeepers drain, sanitize, re-fill and replenish chemicals before your arrival. Therefore, it may be later that evening before it is hot and ready for your enjoyment. DO NOT SIT OR STAND ON HOT TUB COVER. They can break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub to leave the lid closed so hot tub will stay warm.

3. Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc., are the responsibility of the renter. Every item will be looked at before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, notify the owner immediately. We will find it and charge you regardless if substantial. It is our home. Please treat it as if it were your own.

4. Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Fine is $500

5. Fireplace is on and working between October 1st until April 1st.

6. Please do not throw any food or trash off of the decks.

7. We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps,etc. Absolutely no grease to be drained in any sink or toilet!

8. NO REFUNDS for weather related issues, road conditions, power outages beyond my control.

9. NO REFUNDS for a long term reservations.

10. Only 8 people max occupancy including children!

11. Keep doors closed during your stay to keep bugs/critters out. You are in the mountains. AC works great when all the doors are closed.

12. BEARS: There is a very good chance you will see bears near the cabin, do not feed the bears! Also do not leave food in your car, bears can damage you vehicle trying to get to food and we will not be responsible for such damages.

13. Septic system: The septic system is very effective, however it can get clogged if improper materials are flushed. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime! If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system you may be charged for damages up to $1,000

To help our housekeeper prepare for the next guest follow rules below:
1-Please empty fridge completely.
2-Please discard all BAGGED trash in the outside trashcan.
3-Please load all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run cycle. Soap is provided.
4-Place all used towels in bathtub
5-Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.
6-Please be checked out by 10am.
7-Leave the AC at 72 degrees in the summer/fall
In the winter 68 heat
8-Please make sure the cover is in place over the hot tub
