Very nice family getaway

Awesome House

We had a great time staying in this house. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. The house is clean, large, new, and beautifully decorated. Would recommend this to any family looking to stay in the area.

Smoky Mountains Getaway

We loved our time here! It was our first family vacation with our three year old and three month old. The view from the porch was stunning, the pool was perfect for my husband and son to play in and the location was fantastic! Perfect for heading into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Hoping to make this trip a yearly thing for our family.

Perfect cabin / location!

Loved this house and location! Feels like we lucked out as we didn’t know much about the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area. It’s away from the crowds and crazy but such an ideal location to hit up all the activities we wanted to do and see. We would definitely come back again. And rocking on the porches was one of our favorite things!

Great Mountain Cabin!

Awesome property, enjoyed our stay and we’re sad to leave. Very Clean, new and provided everything we were looking for. Came in during bad weather and needed every bit of our 4WD vehicle. If coming in winter conditions you will need 4WD to navigate and keep your people safe. Would definitely stay here again and recommend for adult friends as was our use or for families as the upstairs is nice and private and you can keep kids separated from your room.

Roach Infested Dirty Cabin

Absolutely horrible! The cabin was infested with German cockroaches. They were running around the kitchen and dining room. Called many times to see if they would move us. They only wanted to communicate through text… unacceptable they would not return my call and they sent out an exterminator who down played the infestation twice. They never returned my call until the last day we were leaving. Absolutely shocked that such a beautiful cabin was so dirty and infested. Never use Bear Tracts Rental Cabins. I have videos and pics that were sent to them about the problem but they didn’t seems to care. They got in our luggage and I had to have my house exterminated as well. You have been warned!

God forbid u arrive early....

For as new as the property was u would have think it would be spott less.... NOT at all.. Coffee pot had hair in it.. Hand full of nails picked up of the middle deck... Btw they r sitting in the window.. We arrive 2 hours early ended up getting in 1 hour early.. Lady was rather rude with attitude about it.. Mind u Traffic is 1 hour process in town to get to cabin... 6 hour drive for us... Pictures show corn hole but is not available.... Just a little nicer staff on ur phone system and a decent cleaner and everything would have been great... From the Lady who said u had an attitude 😘 btw it was my niece and nephew 1st ever vacation after losing there dad in april to suicide who rudely text me and said she had kids too when I informed her I was at the property 2 hours early and it was ready for us with kids who needed to go to bathroom.....

Time with the Family

Very nice newer cabin. The cabins here are built somewhat close together without a lot of natural landscaping so the front and up to the side was asphalt so the aesthetics weren't great and not a lot of the natural beaty that you come to this area for, but the distant views were good and the cabin itself was very nice inside. The outdoor grill with no shelter was not great for the wintertime snow/rain so a deck type gas grill would improve the overall experience substantially. The cabin was very nice and clean with plenty of room for our group. We liked that the dining room table had enough room and seating for our family group. Each of the 3 king size bedrooms have their own bathroom which was extremely nice and convenient, but all the guests had to use the main floor / bedroom bath or go upstairs or downstairs to use the restroom. The pool was small but perfect for the young grandchildren to play and be safe and there was plenty of seating around the pool for all. The hottub was not ready when we arrived as it was low on water, turned off and did not have the top on the unit, the water about 40 degrees. Our cabin contact said a storm had come through and caused the problem but we were able to get the power restored and the unit was operational by the next day. From reading all the Bear Tracks online propaganda sent to us, we expected the Bear bones minimum at the cabin and brought trash bags / toilet paper and a lot of other supplies but we were very pleased to find everything we needed for our entire stay including additional towels, hand soap, toilet paper and plenty cooking utensils and tableware. The cabin rental industry (and partly due to Covid) overall has cheapened up on the things we used to take for granted like all the extras and conveniences we found in the cabins 10 to 25 years ago. The cabin also had other amenities like the pool table, and other games along with larges TVs in each room if someone want to watch the game. We bought a small extendable portable gate for the stairs going down to the pool room to prevent any little ones from taking a tumble down the stairs. The decks appeared very secure with the new style metal web mats which we also really loved as there was not enough room for the children to try to squeeze there head through like the older style spindle decks. Ok...overall the family liked the cabin a lot with the pool, and 3 master king suites, didn't like the grill situation but overall a big thumbs up.

Small getaway to Gatlinburg Area

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin is located in a central area to the National park for hiking, downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin is well maintained and very comfortable for families with 1 bedroom suite on the middle level and a jack/Jill suite w/ individual bathrooms on the top floor. The only surprise I had was the view. From the back porch your view is to the right of the house and is mainly a valley. I assumed we were higher up when we booked the cabin. All in all it was a pleasant surprise we were ok with since our priorities were hiking and access to local towns.

We drove 10+hrs from home and arriving to the rental was easy peasy and the perfect “mini resort” to relax after a long day of travel, as well as after our daily excursions. Using the Xplorie complimentary tickets to Dollywood, Anakeesta, Lumberjack show and Pirates dinner show was also a breeze. The whole family had such a wonderful time!! Thank you so much!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was perfect! This cabin was beautiful and had everything we needed. The location was also perfect. It was secluded enough, but also provided an easy commute to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge since it’s right in the middle of both. The cabin’s upper level was perfect for hanging out with our kiddos and the bottom floor pool area and hot tub was awesome as well. It had the best of all worlds and when we come back to this location we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for making the booking easy and providing all instructions and detail we needed in email and through the app. Perfect family vacation! 😊

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cabin was so perfect for our needs. There were 4 adults and 2 kids. The kids didn’t want to get out of the hot tub and pool-only to play Frogger! Can’t wait to go back!

Great cabin

We really liked this cabin! Great time in the pool & hot tub & just hanging out with family! Very clean & would definitely stay here again!
