Food service or options stopped around 10pm. Would have liked to have known about the bus transportation system- a lot cheaper than cabs! Also (not connected to the hotel, but a heads up would have been nice), the airport returning home is a bit more than we were used to (you have to remove all liquids and place them in airport issues quarter bags and only 1 bag per person is allowed, you will have to throw anything that doesn't fit away).

From the moment I arrived at Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands, I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of my stay. The service was truly top-notch, starting at the front desk where I was warmly welcomed with efficiency and genuine hospitality. A special shoutout to Lwandi and Miguel from the bell team – they went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and taken care of. Their professionalism and friendly attitude set the tone for an incredible stay. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully designed, with a modern yet relaxed Caribbean charm. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail throughout the property really shows. The location is also a huge plus – it’s conveniently situated near top attractions and just a short walk or drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As for the food and drinks – absolutely amazing! Every meal I had on-site was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. The bar and restaurant staff were attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and crafting excellent cocktails. This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend Hotel Indigo Cayman Islands to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and well-located stay with outstanding service!

Gorgeous property. The beach is beautiful with full bar/food service on the sand. The staff was attentive and kind, our only complaint was the dining options. The restaurants were lovely but the food was awful and very expensive. We walked next door to the Kimpton or the beach for most of our meals.

Staff were fantastic. 95% of them seemed happy to be working there and happy to assist you or be friendly or interact. The food is great. View is quite good. Quality of hotel is new and excellent. Service staff (Newton) and concierge (Rebecca) were excellent. The resort fee was a bit exorbitant, but we loved our stay. So we would likely come back.
