The property is awesome. The building is brand new and everything is really clean. The only issue is that there is a sulfur smell coming from the water plant that is across the street from the building.

Great clean hotel room with a nice pool! Perfect for what we needed. Only complaint is the exterior of the property & pool area smelled like sewer some days, but we weren’t at the hotel much so it didn’t impact our trip.

New property, clean and walkable to beach … rooms need to be supplied with more towels .. we stayed 5 nights and only had 2 towels for whole stay .. they will provide new towels but you have to pay $8 per towel which is crazy … that is really my only complaint

New building in the heart of 7 Mile Beach. No laundry detergent when purchasing tokens and none available for purchase on site. No coffee or filters for the coffee maker.
