Located on the third floor, this penthouse condo offers unobstructed views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, which is just meters away. The private over-sized terrace is a perfect place to relax, lounge on a sun lounger, and enjoy the stunning views during the day or to savor an al fresco dining experience or watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The terrace is accessible from both the open-plan living area and the master bedroom. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 basins.



The Space:

The second and third bedrooms feature a queen-sized bed and two twin beds, respectively. Bedroom 2 has a vanity desk in case you need an area to work from time to time. The second bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with everything you need to make a gourmet meal, including a large refrigerator with an ice maker, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and cookware. A large kitchen island also makes meal preparation easy.



We take care of your comfort and convenience by offering a range of amenities including cotton towels, beach towels, luxurious cotton linens, toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, and soap. Complimentary WiFi access and a Smart TV are also provided for your entertainment needs.



If you require a travel cot and highchair, we are happy to arrange them upon request for an additional cost.

Getting Around:

With its prime location on Seven Mile Beach, a car rental is not necessary. Enjoy the convenience of walking to the beach, a variety of restaurants, shops, and hotels. Taxis and public transportation are readily available, offering easy access for further exploration. Other Things to Note:

The property is in the centre of Seven Mile Beach Area and directly on Seven Mile Beach - no traffic to negotiate, simply walk down the stairs (there is no lift/elevator to access this 3rd floor unit) and onto the beach or through the gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.



The condo is strictly a non-smoking condo. Smoking will forfeit the deposit (which will be used to deep clean the unit for our next guests).



Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no lift for the first-floor unit) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.



Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests.



Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex.



We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness.



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
