Family holiday

We very much enjoyed our stay, location excellent well appointed condo. Only drawback is air conditioning does not function property in third single bedroom. Also check out at 11 therefore is you have a later flight there is no where to put your luggage. Otherwise would most definitely recommend booking this listing.

Excellent beachfront condo

The condo was excellent. Comfortable, modern, beautiful beachfront views and beautiful sunsets. The deck is spacious with comfortable chairs and a sun umbrella. The unit is well equipped, beds are comfortable. Washer and dryer adds huge convenience for a beach stay. Best of all you are just steps from the beach. Just steps. You can’t walk along the beach to seven mile beach because much of the sand has been washed away, but thanks to the breakwater at Sunset Cove, there is a lovely sandy beach in front that sets it apart from the other condo complexes in the area. There’s snorkeling right off the beach and restaurants nearby. Pool and hot tub and bar are all nice. I especially recommend Piccolino’s Cafe next door for coffee, breakfast or lunch. The property manager was very responsive to our needs.

Stay at Seven Mile beach

The property was nicely appointed. It was located at the end of seven-mile beach. We could walk to a lot of places to eat if we didn't mind walking about a mile each way. The property was well-kept. I would go back.

Amazing Location

Great unit, right on the water, with a private beach and pool/restaurant. You really can’t beat the location. We went in late June so it was a little hot but the rental and the location were perfect!!!

Beautiful condo!

We stayed for one week in condo #201 with friends. We had the best vacation and enjoyed all the amenities of the condo and complex. Updated and clean, we really enjoyed our stay! Great swimming and snorkeling right there and you can’t beat those ocean view sunsets.

Sunset cove 201

We had a great time. The unit was clean and spacious. It was on the beach so it made our days at the beach very convenient. The large patio was great at night however it could use an umbrella to help with the sun during the day. The security at the complex were friendly and made you feel safe. It is a walkable complex to other places up and down 7 mile beach. The cove at the complex is great because it keeps the water fairly calm at all times. We will stay here again in the future. We left a few more pool noodles in the closet for future visitors. The grocery store (Fosters) is about 20 minutes walk and they will call you a cab for the ride back.

Great condo and location!

We were very pleased with this condo and the property. It was our first family vacation VRBO with our young adult children (we typically always use our Marriott timeshare). The unit was spotless - clean, bright, modern decor and comfortable. All 4 of us absolutely loved it. We could walk to several places for dinner, waverunners at the Marriott, and even a little further to shop/dine Camana Bay lifestyle center. What was very interesting was that the condo complex has a man made cove that provided a private part of the beach to swim, float and even snorkel. This protected the beach area from massive amounts of seaweed that we saw at all other resorts’ beaches. We felt we had the best set up on the island. So many resorts had eroded beaches. :( Having a keypad entry was super convenient. We were steps away from the beach. Possibly the best patio view on the whole property. We had a private chef dinner out there one of the nights. They also include quality linens along with shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. The front property was formerly Margaritaville that’s now closed. That needs a little love but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. The condo community was super nice and well kept. They were making big landscape improvements while we were there and looks really nice. Security was around all the time to ensure no unwelcome people on the property. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful property with Fantastic sunsets

We had an amazing stay at this property on Sunset Cove! Beautiful sunset views, snorkeling right on property and a swim up pool bar. The place was clean and well taken care of. We hated to leave! Highly recommend this property!!

Amazing!

Our family of 7 spent 8 nights and enjoyed every minute! Stunning sunset views! Easy access to the beach/pool. Enjoyed the cove area with children. Literally, steps away. The condo was clean and fully remodeled. It listed there was a magic bullet but was N/A. However, after a few requests, the property manager did deliver one for the unit and we were thankful as we purchased stuff at the grocery to mix drinks. Our key fob battery was dying and the property manager fixed promptly! We left a few pool noodles for snorkeling and there was also a small cooler for use. You won’t regret this unit!!!! The views are beautiful and great location! Hope to return!!

Spring Break Gamily Trip

Family vacation on Grand Cayman and the condo was perfect. Great location on the beach and a short drive from the airport, restaurants, activities, and our dive shop. The large patio was exactly what we wanted for the outside area. Great property and the hosts were very helpful with information about the area. I’ll miss the sunsets!

Right on the Beach!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this property. The property is right on the beach and also has a wonderful pool. Our condo faced the ocean, was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. The location is close to restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We will definitely stay here again!

Long weekend 50th Birthday

Spent 5 days here and it was just perfect. Loved the oversized patio so close to the ocean. Enjoyed the protected cove and the pool. Lazy lizard food was super tasty. Would definitely come back.

Exactly as advertised

Right on the beach, modern, clean, exactly as described. This was perfect for a chill vacation at the beach. The pool is nice too! Easy and efficient communication with the host. Everything was perfect and I'd happily stay there again.
