Located in a panoramic position with great views of the Tuscan country side, Villa delle Rose is surrounded by 45 acre of park which includes olive groves and the characteristic vegetation of Tuscan region, great location for long walking in the nature, the nice town of Casalguidi is only 1.5 km away which offers all kind of services needed sucha s supermarket, pharmacy, bank, restaurant etc. The villa’s position is great for several day trips visiting Pisa, Lucca, Florence, the Chianti area, but also the coast of Tuscan such as Versilia with Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio or even Ligura with the Cinque Terre.

Villa delle Rose garden is full of colors with flowers, olive trees, and of course lot of Roses. It offers various relaxing angles equipped with garden furniture where to enjoy a glass of wine, read a book and admire the wonderful Tuscan land.
The villa features a private swimming pool of 12x6 mt. dept. from 140 to 150 cm). next to it is the changing room, toilet and external shower, the pool has sun beds and umbrellas and one angle with external sofas and arm chairs.
next to the house is a paved area with a gazebo, table chairs and a barbecue for al fresco meals. The villa also features a private covered parking.

The interiors of the villa measures about 450 sqm. And develops into two floors.
At the ground floor is a spacious living area with fireplace, sofas piano the loving gives the access to a glass veranda with lovely views of the countryside, a mezzanine with a double bed and one bathroom with shower. A second living area with sofas fire place give also the access to the fully equipped kitchen, (microwave, electri oven, wooden stove, dishwasher, etc.). a laundry room with wash and dryer.
The sleeping area features 3 bedrooms two of them have a double bed and esnuite bathrooms with shower. And a third bedrooms with two single beds.
An internal staircase gives the access to the first floor where is a second kitchen fully equipped a spacious lunger room and two dobule bedrooms wiht a double beds, one bedroom with two single beds (can become double) and two bathrooms with shwer.

Rental Rules:
Minimum stay 1 week; changeover day: Saturday.
Check-in: from 04.00 pm to 07.00 pm; Checkout: before 10.00 am.
The guests are kindly required to take with them copies of their passports.

The swimming pool is open from the 1st May to 30th September.

Security deposit:
€ 500 to be paid in cash upon arrival. It will be returned upon departure less any damage or unpaid fees.

Final cleaning: € 300
Electricity and Air-conditioning is included up to 300kw: exceed € 0,60 per kw.
Heating: upon consumption € 2.00 per cubic meter.
