Las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien. Las piletas están impecables. Las reposeras y las sombrillas están en muy buen estado. El hotel en general, si bien se nota que tiene varios años, se ve que está bien mantenido en su gran mayoría. Puntos a mejorar serían: el horario de utilización de la pileta con toboganes de adultos, horarios disponibilidad de waffles y smoothies, opciones gastronómicas adicionales en el pavillon (deck sobre el mar), los tragos no son los más ricos que he probado en hoteles, ya que entiendo que el alcohol está rebajado o no es de muy buena calidad. La simpatía de algunos empleados no es la mejor y se debería recibir algún mejor trato por la categoría de hotel que es.

We just returned from our 3 week stay at this amazing resort! This has been by far the best resort we have stayed in all of Antalya! Our room was so clean and comfortable, the facilities are spectacular, and the food is to die for, so fresh and amazing quality! Such a lively atmosphere with wonderful music every night, pools, bars and endless entertainment to enjoy. Every member of staff is so attentive, friendly and helpful. Special thanks to General Manager, Gokhan Ali Ozaltin for taking such good care of us. Also special thanks to Sales Manager, Ugur Gultekin for welcoming us in such a lovely manner and biggest thanks to Customer Relations Manager, Ozlem Atasoy who was always there whatever we needed and made our holiday extra special! Mostly good.. with a few issues

Booked a room with double and single bed, only to find the double bed and they couldn’t provide a proper single bed only a fold out bed.. which was not what we paid for. Offered us room changes with worse views so wasn’t good enough. We just wanted the bed and would have been happy. Lovely hotel, but staff are not great at English and are either rather lazy or understaffed because getting a clean table at meal times was hard work, several times we never even got a drink throughout our meal also. Food was good though. Plenty to choose from. Overall had a good holiday which lost a star due to the bed issue and the staff. Guest relations were nice and tried to help but the hotel staff just said they couldn’t bring a proper bed to our room which is just poor, it would have been easier to move a bed in then us move all our stuff.

Staff are trying to be helpful, but language barriers is a big problem not alot of them speaking english. Because of this we had a communication problem for what we book and what was delivered, we booked a 2 bed room and was provided only one bed. An additional roll bed was provided. But still was not what we booked.Was sorted straight away, but created a disconfort for us. Rest of the property was good, food was exceptional, staff was friendly and amenities were good.

I am absolutely speechless from the moment I entered the hotel until the moment I left. I was continually amazed and left without words by how welcoming and fantastic everything was. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was out of this world, offering a variety of delicious options. The cleanliness of the entire resort was immaculate, and the waiters were always on their feet and very welcoming. The resort is perfect for kids, making it an ideal family hotel. The bars were excellent, and the performances were top-notch. Overall, this was an exceptionally amazing experience. I highly recommend this hotel resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation.

Kirman Belazur is a fantastic all inclusive resort. The staff in all areas of the hotel are all so friendly, obliging and very professional. The main restaurant was amazing with it's variety and freshness. The food was delicioius for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The eateries outside were also super. Thank you to everyone at this wonderful resort.
