Nice hotel, great location, but could improve.

Hotel is well located but I find most of the staff are not familiar with sights around them and did not even give us the easiest direction to the myeongdong market which is right behind their hotel. For an intl brand - they don’t speak English so well and cannot understand. They were not aware of the massive protest and did not guide us how to get around accordingly.
