Service is outstanding especially Michael who is a trainee in the front welcoming area. He was wonderful with recommendations for exploring Seoul with up to date information. The lobby bar is a beautiful place to stop and have a drink or something to eat. Location is perfect for exploring Myeondong on foot and subway stations are all close. Room is always clean and comfortable. If I was to find anything to criticise itโ€™s that the rooms are looking a little tired. However thatโ€™s a non issue as the experience was perfect. I would visit this hotel again.

The location is quite convenient. In walking distance of Myendong shopping maze. The room was a little bit dated. Yet, what made us love this place is the staff -- The staff here is amazing. Front desk staff was very accommodating and the concierge team is truly one of the best. Can't say enough of the awesome concierge team. They made sure we were able to book our experiences.
