I feel bad leaving such a negative review because the staff was very helpful and very kind. This is a non-smoking property, but my room smelled like I was inside of a cigarette. I paid $700 for my room for only a week and honestly, it wasnโ€™t even worth it. The massage chair smelled like cigarette smoke. The bed was not clean and there was a leaking board of water in my room. Truthfully, I would not book here again. But the staff were very kind and very nice. Just the smell, and the lack of cleanliness really ruined it for me.

Poor 1) unstable wifi connections: it is hard to use my room wifi stably - no-secure connection: I should have paid for wifi for my business purposes for 10 days 2) smells smoke in and around room: they let guests smoke? - it is illegal! 3) dark around the hotel: not too far from station but it is hard to walk there because it is very dark around 4) no individual room temperature control - it is too warm and there is no way to control temperature - unacceptable! 5) denied to refund for early check/move out - I wanted to move out for smoke smell, unsecure wifi, and inconvenient to public transportation but they refused to it Is this properly owned and managed by gangsters? Overall horrible experience!
