One of the Most fabulous hotel stay of our lives. This hotel is like living in a private salon in France. Only bad thing we could find was that you couldn’t get your usual cocktail or drink. They had a weird drink menu & you couldn’t buy a straight up glass of wine or bourbon. But steps outside back door is a 14 story indoor mall w restaurants. You’ll find you can really play in this almost connected building. What a fine.

Brilliantly located hotel, with incredibly luxurious bedrooms. Hugely spacious for Seoul, and fabulously decorated. We took advantage of the boutique lounge happy hour with our room, and the wines and food were delicious. Breakfast was also a real treat. The staff were very kind and helpful with local recommendations. The Korean bbq place they suggested was one of our standout meals. Would highly recommended

The hotel room was more than twice the size of most hotel rooms. The hotel and the room was beautiful. I would love to go back. Another plus was the staff. The concierge Belle Gal was amazing. Price, location and service were top notch.

The room was very spacious and the interior is very luxurious. The breakfast was nice and the 'happy hour' was very generous. However given he cost and star level of the hotel I would expect improved amenities. The towels were a little small and there was only one set of sockets by the bed to charge devices. Despite two TVs in the room there was no English speaking channels or access to apps. Compared to other hotels at this levels it was slightly lacking.
