The hotel has an excellent location, with most major tourist attractions within easy walking distance, which is definitely its strongest point. Unfortunately, the room experience did not match the convenience of the location.
The first room I was given was extremely dusty, and several pieces of furniture were visibly stained. I stayed in the room for no more than five minutes before going back to reception. To their credit, the staff were helpful and arranged a room change for the following day.
The second room had better furniture and was an improvement, but I still think that the price point is too high for the quality.
Also, the temperature in the rooms cannot be controlled by guests and is managed entirely by the hotel, which made it uncomfortable at times. Additionally, the walls are very thin, so noise from other rooms and the hallway was clearly audible.
