The hotel and room are very clean, the staff are very helpful, and the hotel is centrally located. The room is a bit dated, with minimal options for charging electronics. There is noticeable street noise in the room, day and night.

Previously stayed on this hotel a few years ago had great experience rebooked for currently trip and it couldn’t be more different. Terribly dated room thin walls and not comfortable at all.

This was the best location for a first time visiting Seoul! We were less than 30 minutes walk from everywhere, train station right out front of the building and very close to popular areas like Myeongdong, Insadong and the Lotte food court

Great location. Staff were excellent. We took advantage of both an earlier check in and a late check out, at reasonable cost. Having access to Tim Horton's coffee house was a bonus. The shower was a bit tricky to use.

Bad choice even for a single night

No soundproofing at all. Heard every sneeze and fart in the room next to us. Staff is unfriendly - just to get rid of you In room tea selection didnt have black tea and reception didnt have it too The motion activated light is annoying specially if you dont want to wake up at night Everything is clean but very outdated Floor in the bathroom raised about 5 inches but the sink is not making it very low Towels are very small

Close to shopping areas (e.g. Lotte) and walkable to the street markets and train stations The staffs are not nice maybe because of the English communication capability. Not very helpful in provide info correctly. The WORSE: I stayed on the 29th floor on Mar 13-18, 2025. The room temperature was extremely hot even when I opened the windows the whole time and the outside temperature was cold 40-50F. I called the front desk for help and they said that's the way it is for all the rooms (temperature centrally controlled) and they cannot do anything. I request them to move to another room on the lower floor (floor 23), because a friend of my stays on that floor and the room temperature was much better. They refused to find another room for me but provide an electric fan instead - It still no helps. You will not be able to sleep in these condition. So my advise: *** STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL ***
