My friend and I were very happy with the hotel. The receptionist was gracious enough to speak in English with us and even let us check in early so we didn't have to lug our suitcases around Seoul. The room was spectacular and the amenities were amazing. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seoul. It was beautiful. Also, the gaming computer was so cool!

위치가 정말 좋아서 공항에서 버스를 타고 천호역에 내리면 바로 이동할 수 있고, 지하철로도 두 정거장만 가면 KSPO에 도착해서 콘서트 보러 가기에도 딱이에요! 주변에 맛집도 많고, 프런트 직원분들도 친절해서 처음 방문해도 편하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 호텔 내부도 깔끔하고 정돈돼 있어서 만족스러웠고, 1층 로비에는 무료 생수랑 음료도 준비돼 있어서 편했습니다. 재방문 의사 100% 입니다!!

직원들이 정말 친절하고 세심했습니다. 로비에서 커피등 음료가 제공되었고 아주 청결하였습니다 대중교통을 이용해 시내로 이동하기도 편했고, 객실은 넓고 편안하며 침구류 이불 베개 수건등이 모두 새거였습니다. 여유로운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 청결도, 위치, 서비스 모든 면에서 만족스러운 숙박이었고, 이보다 더 바랄 게 없을 정도로 완벽한 경험이었습니다.

우선 냉장고 미니바를 무료로 이용할 수 있는 점이 마음에 들었고, 무엇보다 객실 내 담배 냄새가 전혀 없어 가족 단위로 이용하기에 안심이 됩니다. 아이와 함께 머물렀는데, 쾌적하고 청결한 환경 덕분에 편안하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 또한 숙소 내 족욕 시설이 있어 여행 중 쌓인 피로를 풀기에 정말 좋았습니다. 앞으로도 서울을 방문할 때는 변함없이 이곳을 선택할 예정이에요.
