The property is newly renovated in modern style. The location is very easy to access and convenient for shopping as well. The management staffs are very responsive and helpful. Dandelion is a cute boutique hotel with a feel of high-end concierge services. There was friendly and clear communication all throughout our 5 night stay, and thorough hotel information/instructions are given prior to check-in. They considered all questions such as daily towel/trash pick up requests, food delivery information, how to use the washing machine, air conditioner controller and much more. The staff was accommodating when we needed to drop off our luggage prior to check in time and when we came back later that day, our luggage was waiting for us in our room. It’s the small thoughtful gestures that we appreciated during our stay. The room was big enough for our family of 4; beds were comfortable, the fold-up dining table was convenient, kitchen was fully stocked with basic essentials (fridge and microwave also provided), and there are plenty of storage space/shelves all throughout the room for your personal belongings. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, shops and convenience stores. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in Korea!

The hotel was in a fun neighborhood but off the main street so it was very quiet. The front desk messaged daily via WhatsApp and it was very communicate and ask for laundry service (complimentary!) or trash pick up.
