Private: property 1'500 m2 with wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (130 m2), barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer, heating available only from 15.Sep. - 15.May.. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 16 km, supermarket 16 km, restaurant 9 km, bicycle rental 16 km, bus stop 7 km, pebble beach 16 km, concrete beach 16 km. Cycle lane 20 m.
