They overbook rooms

I experienced severe inconvenience. I arrived at the hotel on Dec 29 after a long journey. Tevana refused my confirmed pre-paid booking saying they were already fully booked and that the Hotels.com platform had screwed up and sold me a room at this property even though the hotel was full. Tevana's listed phone number is a non-working number so hotels.com rep was unable to reach them during this emergency. The employees who work there are all very nice decent people but they say the owner lives in Singapore and only he is responsible for fixing the phone lines. I spent several hours on long distance calls to usa with hotels.com to try to get a refund and find alternate accommodation. Will never book here again.

Beautiful room, pool and gardens 10/10

We were extremely happy with our stay, room was very stylish and had everything you need, beautiful opening onto pool and a very relaxed atmosphere. Close to everything, 5 minute walk to eat st and Seminyak square or in other direction, close to The W. Only negative is fridge doesn’t get cold and bathroom a bit small because of door swing but good outweighs these 2things.i wouldn’t get breakfast. Too many nice places to eat at your door step. 10/10. Made Esti was very easy to communicate with and a lovely person too. What you see on website is exactly what it’s like , beautiful

Good Hotel, could use a few improvements

Our stay at Tevana was wonderful! I loved the staff's friendliness and welcoming, they really used their initiate which was refreshing from usually needing to request things constantly, The hotel was very clean and very atheistically pleasing as well. When we first arrived it was around 1am and the sign for the hotel was so high up and small that it was hardly noticeable, so make sure you know it's exact location beforehand. The room had no information (brochure/ card) about breakfast being served there and I asked one staff member and they said they had no kitchen, however one day we noticed that the other hotel guests we're eating breakfast and some had room service provided, so that was an odd confusion. My only other comment would be that the pool really needs some shade by the pool, there was no umbrella's so after 10am the only shade near the pool was in the water, about half the pool was shaded by 3pm.

작지만 모든걸 다 갖춘 호텔입니다. 스미냑스퀘어까지 충분히 걸어다닐수 있고 포테이토헤드 우바 또한 가까워요. 호텔 직원분들도 친절하시고 수영장도 있는데 이용하는 사람이 없어 풀빌라 느낌으로 즐기실 수 있어요~~ 가성비 갑! 추천합니다

We loved Tevana! very friendly and helpful staff! Walking distance to the beach and seminyak square but still quiet and calm neighbourhood. Nice, big, clean and cosy room with great wi-fi connection
