Great location and great friendly staff, however this property is more of a 3.5 star hotel no where near a 5 star . Rooms are dated, breakfast is very average , getting clean towels in your room you would think would be standard in a hotel but we were always having to ask for towels , even a hand towel. Very nice resort, impeccable service - always with a smile. CLean, comfortable beds, good location on the main road but still quiet inside the resort. Three pools, very clean. Fantastic breakfast available until 10:30 with options for everyone including a stir fry station, egg station and great coffee.

Great staff and location for seminyak

This is our second time at the hotel. The staff are brilliant and the breakfast is nice. They even cater for my gluten intolerance which was lovely. They also had staff say hi to us that remembered us from the last visit although the pic taken at time of check in may also have helped but was a nice touch. They put an anniversary message in our room and some cake which I couldn’t have due to previously mentioned intolerances, still nice though. The only negatives are that the hotel is starting to look like it needs some updates and that the drinks are quite expensive for bali. Seminyak isn’t my favourite place to visit due to all the ‘bike bike’ requests as you walk along but this is a nice hotel amongst it all.

Some of the property does need a little updating, but received an upgrade and our room was lovely. Very spacious & a big balcony area to relax. The staff are all so friendly and the breakfast had fantastic options to choose from, and all so fresh. We were only there for 5 days, so sadly we did not get to try the in-house dining options, but I am sure we will come back to Bali again.
