The beach with its world-famous sunsets, beach bars, restaurants and beach clubs are just a 5-7 minute walk away. Many of Bali's best cafes, restaurants, shops, ATM's etc are 2-4 minutes walk away on the main beach approach. So you're right next to all the action, yet down a quiet, peaceful and leafy lane of upper end villas and with no main road noise.

The villa is built around a private pool & exotic tropical garden. It is stylishly decorated with a nod to natural luxury - marble, polished concrete, volcanic stone, wood & abundant soft furnishings.

There are 3 huge bedrooms, each with A/C and each with its own en-suite huge bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large lounge/dining room with a 3.5m luxury marble dining table surrounded by comfy cushions.

Bedroom 3 can be easily converted into a home cinema/movie room thanks to a ceiling mounted projector connected to Apple TV/Netflix (if you don't already have an Apple ID we can help you get one in 2 minutes) - our child guests love this space for cartoons or a film at the end of a day.

Everything is carefully maintained, our fibre optic Wifi gives stable 50+mbps. 6 days per week housekeeping is also included.

★ GETTING AROUND

• WALK - Loads of cafes, restaurants, spas, shops, & also Seminyak beach, all within a short 5-minute walk.

• TAXI - Very easy to find a taxi from the end of the street (3-minute walk) day & night. Go anywhere locally for a couple of $, less if you persuade the driver to use the meter ;)

• UBER - Uber is now operated across SE Asia by GRAB taxi. It's possible to get pick ups & drop offs from this villa, unlike accommodation around Bar Street where Uber/Grab is banned as that area is run by a taxi kartel.

• MOPED - If you can ride a moped (& wear a helmet and have an international driver's license) this is a great way to get around locally too.

• DRIVERS - We can put you in touch with our network of reliable drivers for half day & full day trips anywhere on the island. For a group or family this is absolutely the best way to do day trips to popular destinations like Ubud or Uluwatu.
